At the eight-second mark in the video above, Buress can be heard demanding the officers tell him why he's being detained. It's just the latest in a long line of unfavorable videos that have been made public of police officers getting into it with supposedly innocent bystanders, especially if they belong to a minority group. "You know y'all are goofy as f-k". The Miami New Times points toward initial reports that the comedian attracted law enforcement's attentions for "trespassing".

"No, you're making it harder than it has to be, I'm chilling", he then tells the cops. The full video lasts for only a few minutes and shows an already-cuffed Buress refusing to get into the vehicle. As one officer complains that he's being hard, Buress laughs and retorts to his partner: "He's just salty because I roasted his ass". According to TMZ, Buress was released at approximately 6:00 a.m. Sunday after posting a $500 bond.
