Australia captain Meg Lanning, star all-rounder Ellyse Perry, England's Danielle Wyatt will be playing alongside India's Harmanpreet Kaur and Mithali Raj in the upcoming Indian Premier League exhibition match at the Wankhede Stadium. Out of the 26, 10 worldwide stars from Australia, England and New Zealand will grace their presence of the encounter which is slowly gaining more excitement with each passing day.

Attacking batter and India Women's T20 vice-captain, Smriti Mandhanawill lead IPL Trailblazers. England's Danielle Wyatt will also play under Harmanpreet while Australia's Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney along with New Zealand's Suzie Bates and Lea Tahuhu will play for Mandhana's Trailblazers.

With an eye on growing this wave, the BCCI is hosting the T20 Challenge to provide the women's game a platform alongside its most popular tournament. The worldwide stars in the camp include Australia's Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney along with New Zealand all-rounder Suzie Bates. "We are planning to get a women's IPL in place in two to three years", CoA chief Vinod Rai told AFP. "Mithali Raj, Jhulan Goswami, Harmanpreet Kaur, Smriti Mandhana and Veda Krishanmurthy among others rubbing shoulders with foreign stars will be a unique experience and something that we have not witnessed here in India".

The T20 match will begin at 14:00 IST and will be followed by the IPL 2018 Qualifier 1 at 19:00 IST.
