Both Ikechukwu Ezenwa and Dele Ajiboye are goalkeepers, which means there is no place for the country's most-capped global - goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama - despite growing calls from a section of fans for him to recall the former captain.

The Super Eagles will then depart the country to play England and the Czech Republic in a friendly match on June 2 and June 5 respectively.

The Super Eagles are heading to their sixth World Cup, having taken part in the 1994, 1998, 2002, 2010 and 2014 editions - with a place in the Round of 16 their best performance ever.
