Ivanka Trump is the first to weigh in, claiming it's "so clearly Laurel", before giggling for the camera.

Like any viral clip, this one also began when Cloe Feldman, a YouTuber, and social media influencer, added this audio clip to her Instagram story and then took to Twitter, asking, "What do you hear?!"

The White House released a video Thursday joining in on the Laurel Vs. Yanny debate and offering a mix of responses.

When asked about reports that she hears "Laurel", White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders responds, "Clearly, you're getting your information from CNN, because that's fake news".

'It's Laurel, but I could deflect and divert to Yanny if you need me to, ' Kellyanne Conway says with a smirk.

"All I hear is the call of death's warm embrace", wrote Kate Aronoff, a reporter for the left-leaning In These Times.
