It's been eight years since the first game came out, and you can bet that Rockstar has used that time to flawless Red Dead Redemption 2.

In Red Dead Redemption 2, you play as Arthur Morgan - a trusted senior gun in the Van der Linde gang, a band of outlaws and outcasts on the run from the pressures of civilised life.

We don't really have any clue as to what players can expect specifically, but we do know that the new Red Dead Redemption 2 official gameplay video is set to be unveiled on August 9 at 11 a.m. So far, we've only got three trailers (watch them here, here, and here) each of which has been under two minutes long and consisted mostly of cinematics. With the October release date seemingly secured, we shall finally be getting our first look at gameplay later today.
