At the very end of the September 2018 Nintendo Direct, a new Animal Crossing game was announced. You know what that means: it's time for a breakdown!

"Save data stored with Save Data Cloud can not be kept outside of the duration of your Nintendo Switch Online membership". Ultimate, Nintendo finally teased a new Animal Crossing game. Ports of Wii U games were among them, as expected.

In addition to the above hardware releases, quite a few big name games for the Switch were revealed.

On January 11 2019, the original Bowser's Insider Story will make its way to Nintendo 3DS and will feature a new mode called Bowser Jr's Journey.

Can NES - Nintendo Switch Online games be played offline? And while Sony requires a PlayStation Plus subscription for users to take advantage of cloud saves, those saves are preserved for six months and become accessible again if users resubscribe to PlayStation Plus within that six-month window.

There are a variety of payment schemes for Nintendo Switch Online: $3.99 for one month, $7.99 for three months, or $19.99 for a year.

When the Nintendo Switch Online service launches on September 18, subscribers will have access to all sorts of online-related perks.

What NES games are included?

Nintendo is also introducing NES-style controllers that work wirelessly with the Nintendo Switch and are created to work with all the vintage NES games.

Square Enix is bringing a bunch of games from the Final Fantasy series to both Switch and Xbox One.
